In recent years there have been a range of conversations around ways of helping and strengthening local churches in the work of mission and outreach across Britain and Ireland. As a consequence of discussions in the March Church Support Network meeting and a subsequent consultation with local church leaders in November, a Task Group was formed to look at ways of improving how church leaders and service group leaders service one another as well as the churches they lead. The focus is very much on a commitment to serving Christ and a greater and more effective engagement in His work and mission in Britain and Ireland.
